Another Idea Made Redundant
For anyone that remembers the Google Maps racing game that I had planned, I wanted to point out that I’ve been beaten to the punch. Try the new, aply named 2D Driving Simulator, or Google’s demonstration of their new Earth plugin, called Monster Milktruck.

Here’s a project for my next rainy day: a button on Facebook profiles that allows you to “Add to Gmail Contacts”, using Greasemonkey and Google Contacts Data API. More complicated versions can check for existing contacts and adding to them if necessary. More email providers could also be a next step.
